10DK was originally established in 2010 as a condominium interior design and turn-key firm. In 2015, we began to question the conventional reliance on built-in furniture and realized that it may not always be the best solution for modern living. This led us to develop the concept of a “No Built-in Home.”

Instead of permanently fixed elements, we focus on custom loose furniture designed to fit each space precisely, allowing homes to remain flexible, adaptable, and easier to maintain over time.

Since then, 10DK has completed more than 500 residential projects, ranging from condominiums to private houses. Our work emphasizes both refined aesthetics and practical functionality, creating homes that are thoughtfully designed for everyday living.

10DK’s Design Director is a licensed architect with extensive expertise in residential design and construction, specializing in housing projects ranging from 200 to 4,000 sqm. With experience working with leading developers such as Land & Houses (LH) and AP, he has overseen the design and completion of more than 50 houses.

His professional experience extends beyond Thailand, with projects in India and other international contexts. His portfolio spans a diverse range of developments, including commercial spaces, ultra-luxury mixed-use projects, convention halls, condominiums, and private residences, bringing broad architectural insight and multidisciplinary experience to the 10DK team.
