ทีมงาน 10DK (เทนดีเค) เริ่มงานออกแบบตกแต่งภายในคอนโดและ built-in ครั้งแรกในปี 2010 ต่อมาในปี 2015 สถาปนิกผู้ก่อตั้ง 10DK ได้เล็งเห็นถึงปัญหาที่พบเจอบ่อย ๆ จากการตกแต่งด้วยงาน built-in จึงได้คิดค้นระบบ Fit-in ที่ทำให้ลูกค้าได้รับความสะดวกสบายมากขึ้น พบปัญหาน้อยลง แต่ยังคงความสวยงามไว้ได้อย่างดี

จนถึงปัจจุบัน 10DK ได้ตกแต่งบ้านและคอนโดรวมกันแล้วเสร็จมากกว่า 300 โครงการ ทั้งบ้านเดี่ยว ทาวน์โฮม คอนโด และโฮมออฟฟิศ โดยงานทั้งหมดที่ตกแต่งออกมาเป็นไปปรัชญาการออกแบบของ 10DK นั่นคือความพอดี ซึ่งมาพร้อมกับความสวยงามและประโยชน์ใช้สอยที่ลงตัว
